I study how the metabolic capacity of Salmonella typhimurium dsitinguishes it from other Enterobacteriaceae members and serves as a strategy to regulate its life cycle. My favorite hobby is going on long walks or swims at Percy Priest Lake with my dog.
I grew up in Southern Indiana and graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 2022 with a B.S. in Microbiology and a minor in epidemiology.
